Our Crest West Long Branch and Crest Hazlet offices are open and our staff is taking extra safety precautions. We are also offering physical therapy services in a pop-up Manasquan facility, Tuesdays and Thursdays, until our Crest Manasquan office, located in the Atlantic Club, is open again. In addition to our increased protocols for cleaning of the entire facility and promotion of preventive measures such as hand-washing, we are also staggering appointments and screening all patients that arrive to the facility prior to treatment. If you have recently traveled, or been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing, we ask you to kindly reschedule your therapy appointments.
Crest Physical Therapy has set up Telehealth and E-Visits through a secure online portal where you can reach out to us regarding your physical therapy questions and concerns; such as, development of new symptoms, questions regarding how to perform your home exercise program, how to progress your home program, etc. If you are interested in Telehealth/E-Visits and speaking with your therapist, please contact Crest at 732-759-8358 and we will help guide you through it.
